Visa Entry

According to the Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on Mutual Visa Exemption for Persons Holding Ordinary Passports, Chinese citizens holding valid ordinary passports can enter Armenia without a visa and stay for a cumulative period of no more than 90 days every 180 days from the date of entry; Those who stay for more than 90 days need to apply for a residence permit after entering Armenia.

Customs epidemic prevention and control

According to Asian laws and regulations, each passenger entering or leaving Asia is exempt from declaring the carrying of cash of $10000 or an equivalent amount of currency. For items weighing 50 kilograms, if the cash exceeds the above amount, it should be remitted through a bank transfer, otherwise it will be confiscated. Weapons, ammunition, drugs, pornographic materials, fresh vegetables and fruits without special permits are prohibited from entering or leaving Asia. Artworks and antiques without permission from the Ministry of Culture are prohibited from leaving Asia. Live animals should have a veterinary hygiene certificate. Residency and Naturalization

Residence naturalization: The Asian residence permit is divided into temporary residence permit (1 year) and long-term residence permit (5 years). An extension procedure should be applied for 30 days before the expiration of the residence permit. Asia and China have not yet opened direct flights. The overall quality of roads in Asia is good, with some areas being of poor quality. There are highways connecting the capital city Yerevan to other cities or tourist attractions, as well as long-distance buses running back and forth. There are several private car rental companies in Yerevan, each with different vehicle conditions. If renting a car for self driving, it is necessary to sign a contract with the rental company in advance to clarify the responsibilities and rights of both parties, in order to safeguard their own interests. The South Caucasus Railway Company is the only railway company in Asia, responsible for operating railway transportation services within Asia and with neighboring Georgia.

Asia is an inland mountainous country with no waterway transportation.

Urban transportation

The public transportation in Yerevan is relatively convenient, including buses, subways, and taxis. But the condition of the car is generally old and there are certain safety hazards. Buses include large buses, medium-sized vans, and trams. Buses implement a one ticket system with a price of 100 drams. The subway was built during the Soviet era, with only one line operating from 7am to 23pm, mainly passing through the city center area. It is the second largest city in Asia and is 120 kilometers away from the capital city Yerevan. The city covers an area of 46.2 square kilometers with an average elevation of 1500 meters. The climate is dry and the sunshine is abundant. Jiumuli is located on an earthquake zone. In the massive earthquake on December 7, 1988, four fifths of the buildings in the city were destroyed, resulting in heavy casualties.

3) Vanadzor: located in northern Asia, the capital of Lori state, with a population of 80000 (as of January 2020), it is the third largest city in Asia. There is the largest botanical garden in Asia in the city, with up to 620 species of plants from all over the world.
