Visa Entry

Chinese citizens can apply for visas at the Embassy of Kuwait in China or apply for landing visas at the Immigration Department of Kuwait (Moroni International Airport). Mayotte Island is under actual control of France, and a French visa is required to travel to Malaysia.

Residency and Naturalization

After entering the country, one must apply for a residence visa at the Comoros National Police within 72 hours. The short-term residence visa is valid for 46 days to 6 months, and the long-term residence visa is valid for 6 months to 1 year. Applicants must bring valid identification documents and relevant supporting documents to apply.

According to the Nationality Law of Comoros, if one parent holds Comorian nationality, their children automatically acquire Comorian nationality; 2、 Minors whose parents are foreigners, who were born in Comoros, who hold a residence permit in Comoros and have resided in Comoros for five consecutive years (or more) can apply for the nationality of Comoros; 3、 Foreign citizens who hold a residence permit and have resided continuously in the province for ten years (or more) may apply for citizenship; 4、 Foreign women who register marriage with citizens of the Republic of China shall obtain citizenship of the Republic of China on the effective date of their marriage; 5、 Foreign men who register marriage with citizens of science and technology must reside continuously in science and technology for five years or more in order to apply for science and technology citizenship; 6、 Ke recognizes dual nationality.
