Chinese citizens can enter the Federated States of Micronesia (hereinafter referred to as the "Federated States of Micronesia") without a visa for a stay of 30 days, but must provide a return ticket or a ticket to the next destination. In 2023, the Federated States of Micronesia passed a constitutional amendment allowing for dual citizenship. According to the amendment, all Federated States of Micronesia nationals under the age of 21 residing abroad will retain their Federated States of Micronesia citizenship.
