Visa Entry

1. Entering Nicaragua with a regular passport requires obtaining a visa. Nicaragua has an embassy in China, and applying for a visa to Nicaragua can be done by contacting the email of the Nicaraguan Embassy in China nicaraguaembassy@163.com .

2. Citizens holding valid ordinary passports for diplomatic, official, or public service of the People's Republic of China who enter, exit, or transit through Nicaragua for no more than 30 days from the date of entry are exempt from visa requirements.

1. According to the relevant policies of the Nicaraguan health department, all international travelers over the age of one who enter or pass through yellow fever epidemic areas such as Panama must hold a valid yellow fever international vaccination certificate (commonly known as the "yellow book"). Those who do not have a valid "yellow book" or have been vaccinated for less than ten days before boarding will be refused entry.

2. International passengers who transit through epidemic areas and enter Nicaragua without leaving the transit country airport (without completing transit country entry procedures) do not need to hold a "yellow book" to enter Nicaragua.
